These men's work trousers are built like tactical cargo trousers: fitted at the waist, tapering towards the ankle, and reinforced everywhere a regular pair of trousers would give out first. At the knee there's a separate panel with pre-shaped seams, so the fabric moves with you when you crouch or kneel instead of pulling tight.

The pocket layout is the reason you'll reach for these. At the front are two angled zip pockets for your phone and keys, and below those on both sides a cargo pocket with flap and snap button. At the back there's a zip pocket and a second slip pocket. Everything sits high enough to reach while seated or wearing a belt.

How to wear it

Dark grey and khaki are the two you can throw on without thinking. Dark grey stays the most neutral and barely reads as work trousers in the city, while khaki pairs nicely with an olive green or sand-coloured shirt and lightens the whole look. Olive green sits somewhere in between and combines well with a plain white or black T-shirt.

The two camouflage prints are the boldest of the five and work best when the rest of the outfit stays calm: a plain shirt, a plain jacket. Wear the trousers with high lace-up shoes or work boots, as the leg is narrow enough to fall neatly over them. You'll find more styles in our men's trousers.

Size and fit

The measurements in the size chart are those of the trousers themselves, not body measurements. The chart gives separate measurements for dark grey, olive green and khaki and for the two camouflage colours.

The size chart on this page shows the waist, hip width and length in centimetres for each size, from 80 cm waist at size S up to 100 cm at 3XL. Measure a pair of trousers that fits you well and compare those measurements to the chart, it's more accurate than going by your usual size.

Care

Wash the trousers inside out on a low spin cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees, together with clothing in a similar colour. Don't use bleach or fabric softener, as these damage the dirt-repellent finish. Let the trousers air dry rather than tumble dry, so the knee panels and zips last longer.

Material: dark grey, olive green and khaki: 90.7% polyester, 9.3% elastane. The two camouflage colours: 65% polyester, 35% cotton.
