If you manage to order before 1:00 PM, we will start processing your order the same working day.

Delayed Orders

Has it been 6 days and your order has not arrived yet? Please be patient, this may be due to a mistake by the courier or a large number of packages. If your package does not arrive within 8 days after your order, please contact our customer service at support@boutique-moda.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Did your package arrive damaged or is something missing? That is upsetting. We do our best to fix it. The first step is to carefully take photos of the condition of the package and send us an email (including your order number) at support@boutique-moda.com.
