These cowboy boots for women have everything you'd expect from a western boot: a pointed toe, an angled block heel and the typical embroidery running in wavy lines across the shaft. How to wear it

The easiest option is a short dress or skirt, so there's a bit of leg showing between the hem and the top of the shaft; that's exactly what this boot is made for. It also works over skinny jeans or leggings, but tuck the leg into the shaft rather than letting it fall over it. With wide-leg jeans, you'll keep the boot more visible by rolling up the leg. The metallic colours look best with otherwise plain clothing, since these boots are already the standout piece in your outfit. Black, white and camel, on the other hand, go with almost anything.

Colours

There are six colourways, and they differ not only in colour but also in finish. Black and white are smooth with a leather look. Brown is the only one with a soft suede look and cream-coloured embroidery, and it looks more camel than dark brown. Pink, gold and the colour listed as grey in the menu are all three metallic with a mirror-like shine; that last one is in practice a bright silver, not a matte grey. Size and fit

These boots run small, so order one size larger than you'd normally wear. That's not a guess: in the size chart, size 43 corresponds to a foot length of 26.5 cm, while a regular size 43 is usually around 27.5 cm. It's best to measure your foot instead. Stand with your heel against a wall, place a sheet of paper under your foot, mark where your longest toe ends and measure the distance in centimetres. Look up that length in the size chart for this product and add half a centimetre for socks and toe room. Sizes range from 33 at 21.5 cm to 43 at 26.5 cm.

Care

Keep the smooth and metallic versions clean with a slightly damp cloth and then buff dry; abrasive cleaners and harsh cleaning products leave streaks on a metallic finish. The camel suede-look version needs a different approach: let mud or stains dry completely first, then brush them out with a suede brush, and keep it dry otherwise. Store the boots upright, with rolled-up paper in the shaft if needed, so the shaft stays upright instead of folding at the ankle.
